Who Are We?

Harbor Baptist Church is a local, independent, fundamental, New Testament Church.  A church is not a building, nor an ecclesiastical hierarchy, but a local, called out body of believers in Jesus Christ, assembled together.  We assemble for praise, worship, teaching, inspiration, winning of the lost, and for feeding of the soul.

Why Are We Here?

Matthew 28:19-20 is the Great Commission to the church and plainly tells its purpose:
 

  • We are here to tell of the Gospel - the Good News.

  • We are here to instruct believers in obedience.

  • We are here to instruct and direct believers in service.

  

Why Should You Attend This Church?
  If you are saved:
  • To worship God
  • To grow in strength and be better fit for service.
  • To show others by the testimony of your support, that you believe what we teach.

If you are unsaved:

  • That you might hear the Good News told.
  • That you might find your need of Jesus Christ.
  • That you might find your soul's salvation.
  • That you might find purpose and direction for your life.
